Progress comes from sequence: posture → control → rhythm → small obstacles. Track your growth with clear goals for each stage.


Level Goals

Level 1—Basics: balanced seat, independent hands, walk & halt on cue.

Level 2—Transitions: walk↔trot changes, large circles, accurate turns.

Level 3—Rhythm & Balance: steady trot, two-point position, ground poles.

Level 4—Intro Jumping (optional): cross-rails to 30–60 cm, straight approaches.
Practice Habits
-
Fix one aid at a time; reward the smallest try.
-
End before fatigue—keep the “good feeling.”
-
10 minutes off-horse: core holds, ankle raises, hip mobility.
