​Level Goals

  • Level 1—Basics: balanced seat, independent hands, walk & halt on cue.

  • Level 2—Transitions: walk↔trot changes, large circles, accurate turns.

  • Level 3—Rhythm & Balance: steady trot, two-point position, ground poles.

  • Level 4—Intro Jumping (optional): cross-rails to 30–60 cm, straight approaches.

Practice Habits

  • Fix one aid at a time; reward the smallest try.

  • End before fatigue—keep the “good feeling.”

  • 10 minutes off-horse: core holds, ankle raises, hip mobility.
